Freedom Toast
I realize I haven't been cooking for very long, and maybe this isn't as rare as I think, but while making Freedom toast this morning I cracked open an egg with two yolks...one clear, one round and deep yellow as if it were hard boiled. I should have taken a picture, but I was hungry. Has anything like that happened to you?

If you were pregnant, it would mean twins. As it is, money is coming your way ;)
if 1 was clear and 1 was yellow, my guess would be that the clear part is the EGG WHITE while the yellow is the EGG YOKE (nurishment for the baby chick that never was. Yes I know its amazing.
AH screw you.. Jillian You knew what I meant. It was a yolk but just CLEAR.
I'm thinking it is pretty rare.

As I said, I was hungry.
Turns out I did have good fortune that day. My father fixed my car!!! Finally. And mysteriously 4 new tires were put on as well.
I've gotten teo yoled eggs before (it happens a lot when you buy jumbo size) but never one that was clear. I admire your eating them as it would have likely put me off my toast.
I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have eaten the mutant egg either. But I love having a dad who mysteriously fixes things on my car when I'm not looking. I borrowed his truck to move Gina a few months back, and when I got back in my car, he had filled the tank, done an oil change, and washed the filthy thing too! Dads rock.
